1. JUNIOR IT SUPPORT
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems Management or related field from an accredited university.
- A minimum of one (1) year experience in a system administration environment.
- Strong knowledge of network devices and communication.
- Proficiency in Server and Network Administration.
- A team-oriented mindset, but also able to work unsupervised.
- Strong skills in reporting and communication with technical and non-technical personnel.
A+/Net+ and CCNA certification, with knowledge/experience of/with camera systems will be an asset but is not mandatory.
2. WEB DEVELOPER/GRAPHIC DESIGNER
- Relevant Bachelor’s Degree or certifications.
- Experience working with WordPress, PHP, HTML/CSS/Javascript.
- Certification in Adobe Suite would be an asset.
- Good interpersonal skills including oral and written communication.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet targets and deadlines without supervision.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
3. IT SALES
We are looking to bolster both our Business to Business (B2B) sales as well as our Business to Consumer (B2C) sales:
B2B sales: You should possess:
- Strong business relationship-building skills
- Ability to quickly figure out the customer’s needs
- Research deeply the market for related products
- Ability to present our product in a face-to-face conversation with a potential client.
B2C sales: You should be able to
- Perform as a consultant would to offer what’s best for the customer
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
- ‘Cold-call’ potential customers to arrange meetings etc. to showcase products.
- Vigilantly respond to phone and email queries.
- Act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
- Gather marketing trends and customer information
- Engage all concerns of your potential client
- Advise on forthcoming product developments and discuss special promotions
- Create formal and detailed proposals targeting potential clients’ needs
- Perform basic stock-taking exercises
- Provide on-the-spot calculations and create quotations
Both roles require proficiencies in:
- Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
- Liaising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders
- Recording sales and order information for internal as well as external communications
- Professionally representing the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- Relaying future buying trends to your team
- Tracking your own sales goals
- Attending team meetings and formulating best practices with colleagues.

4. BUSINESS ANALYST
Responsibilities:
- Review, analyse and evaluate business systems and user needs
- Document requirements, define scope and objectives and formulate systems
- Work with client and the dev team to define detailed scope
- Conduct/oversee QA activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in appropriate field of study or at least 2 years equivalent work experience.
- Exceptional communication, relationship building and problem solving skills.
- Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive personality.
- Ability to impact operations, effect change and manage confrontation.
- Ability to work independently and with others.
- Effective time management.
Experience with modelling and requirements/project management tools will be an asset.
